PROJECT MANAGER
Feed, Milling & Agricultural Operations
Location: Oklahoma City, OK | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX | Fort Smith, AR Area
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 Base + Bonus Potential
Travel: Up to 40% Overnight Travel
A well-established leader in livestock nutrition and feed manufacturing is seeking a Project Manager to support capital projects across multiple operating facilities. With more than 40 years in business and over 20 locations throughout the South, this organization continues to invest in growth, operational excellence, and employee development.
Position Overview
This role will be responsible for managing capital improvement projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience within feed manufacturing, grain handling, milling operations, agribusiness, or a closely related industry and possess a strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, execution, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage capital (CapEx) projects from planning through completion
• Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• Coordinate with operations leadership, facility managers, and executive stakeholders
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and on-site project activities
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Communicate project progress and recommendations to leadership teams
• Support multiple facilities throughout the organization
Qualifications
• 3+ years of Project Management experience within feed, milling, grain, agriculture, or related industries
• Experience managing capital projects and facility improvements
• Strong budgeting, planning, and project execution skills
• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Ability to travel up to 40%
