- File documents electronically in Oklahoma state and federal courts while ensuring compliance with court rules and filing procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and third-party vendors
- Assist with client intake and provide responsive communication throughout the life of each case
- Support attorneys and other legal staff with administrative and case-related projects as needed
- Protect confidential client and case information at all times

- Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited program is a plus
- Knowledge of civil litigation procedures, court rules, discovery requirements, and legal filing procedures
- Experience using state and federal electronic court-filing systems
- Experience with legal case-management and document-management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong legal research, writing, proofreading, and analytical abilities
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Dependable attendance and a commitment to supporting attorneys, coworkers, and clients
- Ability to occasionally lift or move files, boxes, and trial materials weighing up to 25 pounds
Who Will Succeed in This Role
You will be a strong fit if you are dependable, approachable, and comfortable working independently while still being part of a team. We value employees who support their coworkers, communicate openly, and bring a positive attitude to the office. You should be able to take your work seriously without making the workplace feel overly formal or stuffy.
