About the Position
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Oklahoma law firm. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on personal injury litigation experience and be comfortable managing cases from intake through settlement or trial.

Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement and/or trial.
- Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery, correspondence, medical records, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties.
- Obtain, review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills.
- Assist attorneys with discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, appointments, and litigation calendars.
- Prepare settlement demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical case files.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and required documentation.
- Assist with lien resolution and settlement disbursements.
- Conduct legal and factual research as requested.
- Perform other paralegal and case-management duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably focused on personal injury litigation.
- Strong knowledge of the personal injury litigation process.
- Familiarity with Oklahoma civil procedure and court requirements.
- Experience handling medical records, bills, discovery, demands, and settlement documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case-management software.
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Preferred: Paralegal certificate and/or relevant college education, along with experience preparing cases for mediation and trial.
