Join a well-established and growing law firm seeking an experienced attorney to support a sophisticated Real Estate and Construction Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to represent developers, property owners, contractors, businesses, and other stakeholders in a wide range of complex disputes.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial real estate litigation, construction disputes, contract matters, land use issues, and related business litigation. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through resolution, drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, handling discovery, negotiating settlements, and working directly with clients on strategic legal matters.
