Personal Injury Defense Attorney | Dallas, TX

A respected Dallas litigation firm is seeking a Personal Injury Defense Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator looking to handle meaningful cases, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside a collaborative group of attorneys in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients in personal injury defense matters through all phases of litigation

• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and hearings

• Develop case strategy and evaluate liability and damages exposure

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents

• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, experts, and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes

• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom advocacy

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing

• Personal injury defense or civil litigation experience preferred

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

• Trial experience is a plus
