Insurance Defense Associate Attorney Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (2+ Years Experience)

A respected regional law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, transportation, construction defect, and/or professional liability claims.

This role offers substantial hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and opportunities to manage cases through all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and hearings
• Work closely with clients, carriers, and senior attorneys on case strategy
• Manage case files proactively and efficiently

Qualifications:

• 2+years of insurance defense litigation experience
• 2 years at prior employer
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience taking and defending depositions preferred
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state bar(s)
