Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney (2–4 Years Experience)

We are partnered with a growing law firm in Dallas seeking a talented and driven Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–4 years of experience who is eager to handle meaningful cases and advance their career in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.

About the Role

In this position, you will manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including trial when necessary. The firm handles a diverse range of matters, including:

• Car accidents
• Truck accidents
• Motorcycle accidents
• Rideshare accidents
• Bus accidents
• Pedestrian accidents
• Bicycle accidents
• Premises liability
• Wrongful death

You will work closely with clients, develop case strategy, and advocate effectively on their behalf throughout the litigation process.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Litigation background, including motion practice and case strategy
• Excellent negotiation, research, and writing skills
• Strong client communication and case management abilities
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
• Ability to work in-office

Compensation

• Competitive base salary + uncapped earning potential
• Bonuses and fee-based incentives with no cap—high performers can earn significantly
