Senior Bridge Engineer, PE

A high-caliber opportunity for an accomplished Senior Bridge Engineer, PE ready to take the next step in technical leadership, business development, and long-term ownership.

We’re partnering with a growing engineering firm in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex seeking a proven bridge engineer with 10–15 years of experience to play a key role in the continued growth of its structures practice.

The Opportunity

• $135,000–$180,000 base + performance bonus
• Ownership potential for the right long-term leader
• Lead complex, high-profile bridge and transportation projects
• Significant influence over the growth and direction of the structures team
• Mentor and develop engineers while remaining technically engaged

What We’re Looking For

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10–15 years of bridge/structural engineering experience
• Strong bridge design and analysis background
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• TxDOT experience highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term leadership/ownership

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Compensation: $135,000–$180,000 base + bonus + ownership potential
