Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Sales / Project Manager to join a growing team. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of commercial flooring projects from estimating through closeout while working alongside experienced estimators, project managers, and field leadership. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable managing both the sales and project management aspects of commercial flooring work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial flooring projects from estimating through project closeout
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Estimate and coordinate commercial flooring projects
  • Manage both new construction and renovation projects
  • Oversee projects ranging from midsize work to large-scale commercial developments
  • Coordinate with estimators, project managers, field leadership, and other project stakeholders
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Provide ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Work with a variety of commercial flooring systems, including LVT, carpet, laminate, VCT, and other flooring products
  • Take ownership of projects while identifying opportunities to support continued business growth

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial flooring sales, project management, estimating, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and applications
  • Experience managing commercial construction or renovation projects
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects from estimating through closeout
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple commercial flooring systems, including LVT, carpet, laminate, and VCT
  • Experience with healthcare, hospitality, retail, multifamily, corporate, or other commercial projects
  • Experience with both new construction and renovation projects
  • Established relationships within the commercial flooring or commercial construction industry
  • Previous sales and business development experience
  • Experience working with large-scale commercial developments
