Private Client Account Executive 

Hybrid | Annual Bonus Opportunities 

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Account Executive to join a highly successful independent insurance brokerage specializing in private client risk management with several locations across the US. This role supports a substantial personal lines book, servicing sophisticated clients with complex insurance needs. 

Responsibilities 

• Split the management of a large and growing Private Client book

• Quote and advise clients on coverage, exposures, and risk mitigation strategies 

• Conduct coverage reviews and drive cross-selling opportunities 

• Remarket and bind policies to maintain competitive placement 

• Collaborate closely with carrier partners 

• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication 

Qualifications 

• Experience managing a Private Client/ HNW Personal Lines book 

• Active P&C License

• White glove approach 

• Experience HNW carriers
