A well-respected Houston law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join its growing practice. The firm is open to attorneys with backgrounds in litigation, employment law, probate, transactional matters, or a combination of these areas.

Handle a variety of matters depending on experience and practice focus
Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, correspondence, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and analysis
Participate in client meetings, hearings, depositions, negotiations, and court proceedings
Manage cases and projects with increasing autonomy
Work closely with partners on sophisticated legal matters and client strategy
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Texas Bar license in good standing
3–7 years of experience in litigation, employment law, probate, transactional law, or a combination thereof
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team environment
Professionalism, attention to detail, and strong client service skills
Diverse and engaging practice with exposure to multiple areas of law
Direct mentorship and collaboration with experienced attorneys
Reasonable billable expectation of approximately 140 hours per month
Stable, team-oriented culture with long-term growth potential
