Civil Defense Litigation Attorney

Location: Dallas, TX

I am working directly with the leadership of a well-established Texas civil litigation defense firm that is seeking to add an attorney with experience in products liability and/or premises liability defense. This firm is known for its trial-ready approach, practical defense strategies, and long-standing relationships with insurers and corporate clients across Texas and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney who wants meaningful case responsibility, direct involvement in sophisticated defense matters, and long-term growth with a respected Texas litigation platform.

The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses. 

What We Need

• 3–8 years of civil litigation defense experience
• Experience handling products liability, premises liability, or related tort defense matters
• Ability to manage cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Strong legal writing, case strategy, and client communication skills
• Texas license in good standing
