This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned commercial litigator seeking sophisticated business disputes, meaningful client interaction, and a clear path for continued professional growth.

Position: Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (5–15 Years)

About the Role

The firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigator to handle complex business disputes across a variety of industries. Attorneys will have significant responsibility managing matters from inception through resolution while working closely with clients and firm leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and case strategy development
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Provide practical legal guidance to business clients
• Collaborate with partners and clients on complex litigation strategy

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong background in:
• Business litigation
• Contract disputes
• Commercial disputes
• Complex civil litigation
• Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage active litigation matters
• Texas Bar admission required

Compensation & Benefits

• Bonus eligibility beginning at 1,600 billable hours
• Expected annual billables approximately 1,800 hours

• Hybrid schedule (1 remote day per week)
