A well-established and highly respected law firm in Tacoma is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator who enjoys advocating for injured clients and is looking to join a firm with a strong reputation, meaningful case work, and the resources necessary to support successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience • Significant trial experience required • Strong background in Personal Injury litigation, either plaintiff or defense side • Medical Malpractice experience is highly valued and encouraged • Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills • Licensed to practice law in Washington State or eligible for admission

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters from inception through resolution • Conduct depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation • Advocate for clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations • Collaborate with legal staff and firm leadership on litigation strategy • Deliver exceptional client service while pursuing favorable outcomes

Compensation and Benefits
