GPAC has partnered with a highly regarded and growing plaintiff personal injury law firm in the South Sound market seeking a talented Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney looking to handle meaningful cases, gain substantial courtroom experience, and grow within a respected plaintiff-side practice.

The firm is open to attorneys with either plaintiff or defense backgrounds who are ready to take the next step in their careers and advocate for injured clients in a collaborative, trial-focused environment.

Position Details

• Title: Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney
• Location: Tacoma/Olympia Area, Washington
• Experience: 3–10 years of personal injury litigation experience
• License: Active Washington State Bar admission required
• Trial Experience: Prior jury trial experience required

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
• Negotiate settlements and advocate aggressively for clients
• Work closely with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment
