Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

Multiple Wisconsin Locations | In-Office Opportunity

Are you ready to take the next step in your insurance career? We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping clients, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and account servicing
• Answer coverage questions and provide policy support
• Process endorsements and maintain accurate account documentation
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns
• Maintain a professional and positive client experience

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License required
• 1-3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Proficient with computer systems and technology
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
