As our Licensed Assisted Living Director, you’ll be the guiding light of our community — ensuring residents feel at home while leading your team with heart, vision, and excellence. 🌷🏠
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee the daily operations of our assisted living community
✅ Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
✅ Foster a warm, safe, and person-centered environment for residents
✅ Recruit, train, and lead an engaged care team
✅ Manage budgets, staffing, and quality assurance programs
✅ Partner with families and team members to enhance resident experiences
📜 Requirements:
🎓 Valid Assisted Living Administrator License (per state requirements)
📆 Minimum 2 years in a senior living leadership role
🗣️ Strong interpersonal, organizational & leadership skills
