🔍 What You’ll Do: Manage full-scope custom home projects—budgets, schedules, trades, and client relations. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and deliver exceptional homes with top craftsmanship.
✅ What You Bring:
3–10 years managing high-end custom homes
Strong in scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficient with Procore and Excel (or similar)
Skilled in reading plans, surveys, topography, and foundations
Strong communicator and team collaborator
Humble, hardworking, organized, and results-driven
