Are you an experienced architect ready to step into a key leadership role? We’re hiring a Project Architect or Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join a respected, full-service architecture and engineering firm that’s been shaping Wisconsin’s built environment for over 40 years.
This is a unique opportunity to manage high-impact projects in multi-family, commercial, and light industrial architecture—from design through construction—while working with a dedicated team that values excellence, collaboration, and career growth.
Lead projects from conceptual design through construction documents and administration
Manage project timelines, budgets, client communication, and design coordination
Produce high-quality, code-compliant documentation using Revit
Collaborate with internal engineers and external consultants to deliver integrated solutions
Guide clients through approvals and permitting
Mentor junior staff and support firmwide design standards and efficiency
5+ years of experience in architecture (multi-family, commercial, or industrial preferred)
Proficiency in Revit required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Licensed architect preferred, or actively pursuing licensure
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
A drive for client satisfaction, design integrity, and team leadership
Salary: $85,000–$110,000, depending on experience
