What You’ll Do:
Work with Project Managers to produce detailed design plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Develop smart, buildable solutions for residential land development projects
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and engineering tools to bring site designs to life
Direct production work of CAD technicians and junior staff
Prepare written technical reports and engineering studies
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing project team
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Agricultural Engineering (ABET-accredited)
At least 4 years of experience in civil design—residential, site, or commercial
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office Suite
Strong communication skills and an eye for practical, efficient design
Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
