Financial Analyst – Residential Construction
We’re seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with proven experience in residential construction or real estate to support our growing team. This role is critical in helping us analyze project costs, forecast financial performance, and guide strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow models
Analyze construction project costs, schedules, and variances
Provide reporting and insights to management on financial performance
Support job costing, margin analysis, and profitability tracking
Collaborate with project managers, accounting, and leadership on financial planning
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role, with at least 2 years in construction or real estate
Strong knowledge of residential construction financials and job costing
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with construction ERP/accounting systems a plus
Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in communicating insights
