Land Development Manager

A growing residential development group is seeking a Land Development Manager to oversee site prep and horizontal development for upcoming build-for-rent and build-for-sale projects in the Columbia market.
What You'll Be Doing:

Manage day-to-day land development activities from pre-con to final turnover

Coordinate with civil engineers, municipalities, and utility providers

Oversee site work: grading, utilities, paving, erosion control, etc.

Monitor schedules, budgets, and contractor performance

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and compliance

Support permitting and approvals process
What We're Looking For:

6+ years of experience in land or site development
-
Strong understanding of civil construction and residential infrastructure

Familiarity with local codes, permitting, and utility coordination in SC
-
Ability to manage multiple sites and contractors effectively
-
Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-driven
