Who We’re Seeking
An experienced, licensed dentist who:
- Holds a DDS or DMD and is licensed (or license-eligible) in Ohio
- Has clinical strength in general dentistry, implant placement/restoration, restorative care, and sedation techniques.
- Previous experience preferred, but lesser experienced Associates are encouraged to apply.
- Delivers patient-first, ethical care with calm and compassionate communication
- Thrives in a supportive, team-driven setting and can help foster trust with anxiety-prone patients
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum general dentistry: exams, cleanings, restorations, implants, extractions, cosmetics, and reconstruction
- Offer sedation options (nitrous oxide, oral/IV sedation) to enhance patient comfort
- Work collaboratively with support staff to streamline operations and ensure patient satisfaction
- Educate and engage patients on treatment plans and outcomes in an understandable and supportive way
- Maintain high standards of infection control and regulatory compliance
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual compensation, commission, and sign on bonus included.
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Thursday standard hours, shorter hours on Friday, no weekends or nights
