Who We’re Looking For
An experienced, licensed dentist who:
- Holds a DDS or DMD and is actively licensed (or eligible) in the state of Virginia
- Has clinical experience with general dentistry, including implant placement/restoration and endodontics.
- Prior experience is preferred but lesser experienced Associates are encouraged to apply.
- Prioritizes ethical treatment planning and clear, patient-centered communication
- Thrives in a supportive, collaborative team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental services including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, implants, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic procedures
- Utilize digital X-rays, intraoral imaging, and modern charting systems
- Provide sedation options when appropriate, ensuring maximum comfort for patients
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health in a compassionate, easy-to-understand manner
- Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professional care
