About the Practice

Who We’re Looking For
An experienced, licensed pediatric dentist who:
- Holds a DDS or DMD degree and is licensed (or eligible) to practice in Ohio
- Has completed a pediatric dental residency and is board-certified or board-eligible
- Is passionate about working with children and creating a positive dental experience
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental services to children, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
- Utilize sedation dentistry techniques, such as nitrous oxide and IV sedation, to ensure patient comfort
- Educate patients and parents on oral health practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of dental professionals to deliver exceptional care
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation with a daily guarantee for the initial period or percentage of collections (whichever is higher), with potential for six-figure earnings and unlimited income
