About the Opportunity:
A respected plaintiffs’ civil litigation firm in Baltimore is hiring full-time Litigation Paralegals to support its Sexual Abuse Litigation Team, representing survivors. This is a meaningful opportunity to join a trauma-informed team advocating for survivors of abuse. Key Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and discovery
Manage litigation files and support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation
File documents using FileVine case management system
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Maintain accurate calendaring and deadline tracking
What You Bring:
3–5 years of experience in plaintiffs’ civil litigation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and legal tech systems (FileVine preferred)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit litigation team
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Commitment to professionalism in trauma-informed legal practice
