Assistant Superintendent – Custom Residential Homes

What You’ll Do:
Assist in managing daily job site activities and crews.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to keep homes on schedule.
Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to plans and codes.
Track progress, resolve issues, and maintain job site documentation.
Communicate with homeowners to keep them informed and confident.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in residential construction, preferably custom homes.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of building codes, best practices, and safety standards.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
