This opportunity is ideal for professionals who demonstrate excellence in client service, strong decision-making abilities, and the capability to foster a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage tax compliance and consulting projects for a diverse client base.
Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns, including corporate, partnership, individual, and trust filings.
Provide expert guidance on federal, state, and local tax matters.
Oversee monthly financial reporting, bookkeeping, and general ledger maintenance.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic tax planning solutions.
Mentor and develop junior staff members.
Candidate Requirements:
6+ years of experience in tax compliance and consulting within public accounting.
CPA certification required.
Proven leadership and decision-making skills within a tax-focused role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Commitment to stability and long-term career development.
