Project Manager – Transportation
Region: Greater Chicagoland Area

This role will include managing a wide range of transportation projects, such as roadway construction, rehabilitation, and reconstruction, traffic signals, and planning studies. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple transportation projects simultaneously
Prepare and monitor project budgets and schedules
Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to team members
Ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations
Support marketing and business development initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 8 years of transportation project experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
Knowledge of IDOT standards and procedures, including Phase I/II design requirements and MFT requirements, highly preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $110,000 – $135,000+, based on experience
