Project Manager – Transportation

This role will include managing a wide range of transportation projects, such as roadway construction, rehabilitation, and reconstruction, traffic signals, and planning studies. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple transportation projects simultaneously

  • Prepare and monitor project budgets and schedules

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to team members

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations

  • Support marketing and business development initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • Minimum of 8 years of transportation project experience

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required

  • Knowledge of IDOT standards and procedures, including Phase I/II design requirements and MFT requirements, highly preferred

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $110,000 – $135,000+, based on experience
