Now Hiring: Lead Signage Installer
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Signage Installer to join the team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take the lead on installing a variety of signage projects — monuments, architectural signage, wayfinding, vinyl, and channel letters. Not Required, BUT If willing to RELOCATE I want to talk with you!!!
What You’ll Do:
Lead a crew on installs, making sure projects are done right and on time
Handle a mix of signage types — monuments, channel letters, vinyl, architectural, and wayfinding
Work directly with clients and project managers to keep jobs running smooth
Represent the company professionally on every job site
Safely work with ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
What We’re Looking For:
At least 4 years of signage installation experience (required)
Lead Installer experience is a big plus
Fabrication background is a bonus
Strong communication and leadership skills
Flexible schedule — some nights/weekends as needed
Clean driving record (CDL or Crane license is a plus)
