As a cornerstone member of the preconstruction team, you’ll lead complex, multi-million-dollar projects from concept through completion—working on diverse markets such as commercial, institutional, multifamily, and mixed-use construction. What You’ll Do:
Oversee all phases of the estimating process, from conceptual budgets to detailed bids
Lead project cost analysis, value engineering, and subcontractor relations
Partner with executive leadership on business development, strategy, and pursuit planning
Mentor junior estimators and help shape the company’s preconstruction vision
