Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial

• Conduct legal research and provide sound strategic guidance to clients

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial documents

• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate with experts

• Collaborate closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar

• Minimum 3 years of insurance defense litigation experience

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently
