Key Responsibilities

• Drive clinical excellence and ensure the highest quality care by overseeing all nursing operations
• Lead, mentor, and inspire nursing staff to thrive personally and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN licensure in Minnesota with a strong clinical background
• Proven leadership experience as DON or equivalent in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care settings
• Passion for person-centered care and innovation in nursing practice
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to build and sustain strong teams, foster collaboration, and mentor staff at all levels
• Proficiency with healthcare technology and electronic medical records
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and quality improvement
