About the Practice
- Focus on general/medical dermatology (not cosmetic-only)
- Highly PA-friendly environment with 14 current PAs
- Strong support system:
- Physicians – 3 support staff each
- PAs – 1 dedicated MA each
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 8-hour days
- 15-minute appointments
- No weekends or on-call duties for providers
Compensation & BenefitsPhysicians (Dermatologists)
- Compensation:
- Year 1: $20K–$30K/month guaranteed base
- After Year 1: 40% of collections
- CME Allowance: $4,500 annually
- 401(k): 5% employer match
- Additional Info:
- Open to dermatologists entering residency or recently completed
- Primarily general dermatology, minimal to no cosmetic focus
Physician Assistants (PAs)
- Experience: 2–3 years of general dermatology required
- Compensation:
- Competitive base salary (DOE)
- 5% monthly performance bonus
- CME Allowance: $2,500 annually
- 401(k): 5% employer match
