Senior Banking & Finance Attorney – Hybrid/Remote Flexibility
A growing, well-respected law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with at least 5 years of experience representing financial institutions or handling banking and finance matters. About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience working with financial institutions in areas such as collections, loan documentation, creditors’ rights, or related financial services work. This position offers meaningful client contact, significant responsibility, and the ability to develop leadership within the firm.
What You’ll Do
Advise and represent financial institutions and other clients in banking, finance, and creditors’ rights matters.
Draft and review loan documents, contracts, and related financial agreements.
Manage collections, foreclosures, and other commercial litigation matters.
Collaborate with colleagues on cross-practice projects, including real estate, land use, and civil litigation.
Engage in business development and client relationship-building initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, finance, or creditors’ rights law.
Licensed to practice in Oregon or Washington (both preferred) or eligible for reciprocity.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build client relationships and develop business.
Team-oriented and motivated to take on leadership responsibilities within a smaller firm environment.
