Overview:
The Construction Manager will manage educational facility projects delivered through JOC contracts in Surprise and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate demonstrates technical expertise, communication excellence, and attention to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee project activities including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Manage field coordination and ensure design intent compliance.
Report project status to stakeholders and facilitate progress meetings.
Implement continuous improvement processes across assigned work.
Qualifications:
Five years’ experience in JOC or public construction management.
Comprehensive understanding of school facility standards.
Proficient in scheduling and document management tools.
