The Opportunity:
As Plant Manager, your primary focus will be increasing production output and optimizing plant operations. You’ll have the support of a capable administrative team managing all office and compliance duties, and a dedicated trucking/logistics department ensuring product movement and delivery. Your role is to own production—to lead, refine, and grow it.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of plant production to achieve volume, quality, and efficiency goals.
Develop and implement process improvements that enhance throughput and reduce downtime.
Motivate and manage production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with admin and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives related to plant performance and growth.

Proven leadership experience in plant or production management—preferably in agriculture, food processing, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of production systems, quality control, and process improvement.
