Legal Assistant – Plaintiff Personal Injury

We are seeking a motivated Legal Assistant with at least two years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience to join our growing firm. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced personal injury environment and supporting cases from intake through resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong understanding of the litigation process, including discovery and case deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the legal team

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support as a Legal Assistant on active litigation matters
• Prepare correspondence, pleadings, and discovery related to personal injury cases
• Manage calendaring, docketing, and case deadlines
• Maintain and organize electronic and paper files
• Assist attorneys with case preparation throughout the litigation lifecycle
