We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager who knows how to build relationships, grow accounts, and drive revenue in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. If you thrive on solving customer problems, managing complex projects, and closing deals with confidence, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories

  • Work closely with customers to understand needs, challenges, and project requirements

  • Partner with internal teams (engineering, production, customer service) to deliver solutions

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies

  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline performance

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits

  • Maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships built on trust and responsiveness

What You Bring

  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, plastics, or industrial sales

  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines

  • Confidence presenting solutions and negotiating deals

  • A consultative sales approach — you listen first, then solve

  • Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working independently

  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events
