They are seeking a Tax Senior to oversee a team of highly motivated staff.  Performance Expectations for the Tax Senior:

• Prepare & review tax returns
• Be a mentor for younger staff
• Work on building relationships with clients
• Be a hands-on leader

Experience/Qualifications for the Tax Senior:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
• Master of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable)
• CPA Certificate or EA Required
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Public Accounting
• Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
• Must have strong multi-tasking skills
• Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
• Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Compensation for the Tax Senior:

• Benefits: Fully paid health benefits, Major Holiday’s Paid, 401k w/ match, profit sharing
• 25 days of PTO/ year
• Strong work and life balance
• Busy season hours capped at 55hrs/ week
