Due to continued growth, multiple Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager openings are available.
Position Summary
These roles offer opportunities for leadership, team development, client-facing work, and long-term advancement. The ideal candidates will have strong tax technical skills, experience managing engagements, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Review and manage a broad range of tax returns (individual, partnership, corporate, trust)
Lead and mentor staff and senior tax professionals
Oversee engagement planning, workflow, and timely delivery of client work
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify tax planning strategies and support business development as needed
Participate in process improvements and firmwide initiatives
Qualifications
Tax Manager:
CPA or EA required
3–5+ years of tax management experience in public accounting
Strong technical and review skills
Proven ability to supervise staff and manage client relationships
Senior Tax Manager:
CPA required
5+ years of tax management experience in public accounting
Ability to manage complex engagements and provide strategic tax guidance
Strong leadership capability and experience advising clients
