Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Planning Manager oversees daily planning and replenishment for key business segments, combining hands-on supply chain planning with leadership responsibilities. This role partners closely with sales, logistics, suppliers, and customer service to ensure product availability, data accuracy, and operational efficiency across retail, frozen, and dry supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
Own daily supply chain planning for 1–2 business segments
Maintain ERP data, inventory levels, purchase orders, and production schedules
Analyze actual vs. forecast demand and collaborate with sales on variances
Monitor inventory performance and recommend corrective actions
Supervise and mentor 1–2 supply chain planners
Lead supplier calls and resolve supply chain issues
Track KPIs including service levels, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5+ years of supply chain planning or replenishment experience (CPG or food industry)
3+ years of leadership or managerial experience
Strong ERP, analytical, and communication skills
Experience with frozen, refrigerated, or ambient food supply chains preferred
Compensation Range: 100k-120k
