Project Manager
Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish. Design-build experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Review mechanical drawings and specifications
Prepare labor, material, and cost estimates
Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and field staff
Conduct site visits as needed
Manage projects within budget, schedule, and scope
Attend project meetings and provide updates
Complete project close-out documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or HS Diploma/GED with required competency card
5+ years of related field experience
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
