Job Description

As part of their duties as a Recruiter, the Employee must complete each stage of the recruitment cycle, from receiving the job order and sourcing candidates to extending a job offer and completing the placement.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Schedule enough interviews to generate an average monthly revenue of USD $21,667.00 (twenty-one thousand six hundred sixty-seven dollars 00/100).
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to help fill urgent positions.
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in successful placements.
  • Competently use recruiting tools and materials.
  • Make cold calls, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist with job offer negotiations.
  • Conduct reference checks for candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable building relationships over the phone.
  • Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Consistently engage in client and candidate outreach activities.
  • Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Education and Experience:

  • A university degree is preferred but not required.
  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum scores: TOEFL iBT 112, TOEFL ITP 627, CEFR C1, or IELTS Band 8).
  • If the candidate does not hold standardized test scores to certify English proficiency, an oral evaluation may be conducted by gpac personnel via video call.
