As a senior litigation associate, you will work on real estate and related litigation such as construction defect, construction contract disputes, land use and zoning, environmental permitting, conservation commission appeals, title disputes, adverse possession and prescriptive easements, beach rights and access, condominium phasing rights disputes, and mortgage subordination claims.

What You Will Bring

A candidate with 8+ years of litigation experience in the real estate sector is strongly preferred. In addition, we seek an attorney with the following credentials/skills:

  • Juris Doctorate Degree
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (additional admissions considered a benefit)
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Ability to independently analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic counsel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with court procedures and the litigation process, including demonstrated practice before the Massachusetts Superior Courts or Land Court
  • Trial experience is preferred, but the ideal candidate will have experience drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions and discovery and representing clients in various court proceedings.
