Litigation Paralegal – Los Angeles (Hybrid)

A premier mid-sized law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join its Los Angeles office. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with hybrid flexibility—eligible for two remote workdays per week after the initial 90-day period. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation matters, particularly in business, employment, and insurance cases. Trial experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage complex document production are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative litigation team at a firm that values flexibility, growth, and high-quality work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide litigation support through all phases, including deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial
  • Organize and review client documents, including redactions and privilege review
  • Prepare pre-trial pleadings, exhibit and witness lists, subpoenas, and trial support materials
  • Summarize depositions, analyze medical and billing records, and prepare page-line summaries
  • Manage e-discovery platforms and document production logistics
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, courts, and vendors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program (or equivalent)

  • Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm or similar environment

  • Experience with e-discovery and platform administration

  • Required trial experience and working knowledge of all phases of litigation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat Pro

  • Experience with iManage or similar document management systems preferred

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and high-quality work product
