As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Designer with experience in EGD, wayfinding, or signage to help bring impactful projects to life.

The Role of a Designer

You’ll work closely with architects, project managers, and clients to design and develop signage systems and branded environments. From complex wayfinding programs to custom signage, this role offers a chance to create work that connects people to spaces.

Designer Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts for signage and wayfinding systems

  • Create design packages with layouts, materials, and specifications

  • Ensure compliance with ADA guidelines and local codes

  • Collaborate with vendors and fabricators to ensure design intent

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Designer Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in EGD, signage, or wayfinding

  • Strong portfolio of relevant design work

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with CAD or SketchUp is a plus

  • Knowledge of sign production and ADA requirements are a plus

  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
