Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Underground Utility Foreman to lead a crew in the installation of storm, water, and sewer systems for municipal, industrial, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing underground utility crews and be ready to lead a fully functioning team from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a utility crew in the installation of underground storm, water, and sewer systems
Interpret construction plans and specifications
Operate and oversee use of heavy equipment
Ensure work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety standards
Coordinate with project managers and inspectors to meet project timelines
Manage daily job site reporting and crew productivity
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a foreman on underground utility or water/wastewater plant projects
Strong understanding of underground utility plans, specs, and procedures
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation
Reliable leadership and communication skills
