Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in road, bridge, and site construction and be capable of managing crews, schedules, and budgets on multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Communicate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Enforce quality control and safety standards
Maintain project documentation and reports
Qualifications:
Experience as a superintendent in road, bridge, or site construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
