Account Manager – Elastomers Focus | Southeastern Territory
This company is hiring an Account Manager with a strong background in elastomers to grow business across GA, AL, FL, and MS. The ideal candidate brings a hunter mentality and is driven to build new customer relationships in a technical sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities with a primary focus on elastomer products
Support customers with application-specific solutions across sealants, adhesives, and coatings
Develop and execute territory growth strategies targeting key industries and accounts
Maintain strong pipeline activity, meet sales goals, and deliver value-driven proposals
Work closely with internal teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
Requirements:
At least 3 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for background in elastomers
Demonstrated success in a new business development role
Familiarity with sealants, adhesives, and specialty coatings is a plus
Willing and able to travel throughout GA, AL, FL, and MS
Confident communicator with a technical mindset and customer-first approach
Base of $85K-$90K plus commissions - company car
